Mr. Mohammad Yousaf Choudhary was the founder of the company in 1987 and since has gained extensive work experience both in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Middle East.

With over 20 years of recruitment experience, the company name is well established in the Middle East, recruiting an international workforce for clients such as the Al Hada Armed Forces Hospital in Taif since 1992 .

Since 1992 Shamco has been operating in a niche market recruiting for the International Development Group of Saudi Arabia for six of their Ministry Of Health hospitals and have also been a driving force and key recruiter for all recruitment needs for Samama Company, Zahran Medical, PHP, Lullat Company, Al-Zamal Medical Company, Habib Medical Centre, Riyadh Care Hospital, RKH in Riyadh (now Riyadh Military Hospital), King Khalid Armed Forces Hospital, Naval Base in Jubail, Al-Ewan Medical Riyadh, Air Base Dhahran, Al-Hasa, and Al-Baha Al-Noor Hospitals in Makkah, Dallah Hospital in Riyadh and various hospitals in the United Arab Emirates.

With Mr. Choudhary's extensive knowledge and experience of the healthcare field and immigration and visa requirements are elements of great value Shamco provides to both the candidate and client.

At present Shamco are working with, All National Guard Hospitals Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah and Dammam, National Hospital in Riyadh, Armed, Military & Special Forces Hospitals, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, the Ministry Of Health in Saudi Arabia and in Dubai. And Private hospitals in Abu Dhabi and Bahrain.

Through continued satisfaction, recommendations and proven results for our clients we have grown into many other markets such as Nursing & Allied Health, Administration & Support, Fire Safety & Security, Engineering & Construction, and the Petrochemical Oil & Gas sectors, each sector of the business experiencing continued growth and demand.

Our short-term goal is to seek expansion into the outsourcing market for Administration, Human Resources and Information Technology functions.
